Expansion of the Multimodal imaging Module At the end of 2024, funding was secured from the Dr. Rolf M. Schwiete Foundation, which will enable the imaging module to be expanded to include eight additional centers. As a result, a total of ten centers in the TOFU Registry will provide imaging data in the near future. The goal of the imaging module is to further develop imaging-based biomarkers for uveitis.
Multimodal imaging as part of TOFU Registry In addition to the existing TOFU Registry, a module for retinal imaging—which is performed as part of the routine care of registry participants—was launched in September 2020. The TOFU imaging module is available since June 2022. Only high-recruiting clinical sites are eligible to participate.
